I am a researcher in comparative politics and political theory. I am currently engaged in research focusing on elucidating issues related to the concepts of recognition, autonomy, and inequality in Romantic and Post-Romantic political thought. Empirically, my interests lie in the feminisms of the Global South, the cultural and political identity of the Chinese diaspora, and the role of ideology in authoritarian governance.
I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Political Science at McGill University. I am also a Research Fellow at the Research Group on Constitutional Studies (RGCS) and the Groupe de recherche interuniversitaire en philosophie politique de Montréal (GRIPP). I hold a master’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy (Liberal Arts) from Sun Yat-sen University.
