About
Welcome! I work at the intersection of comparative politics, political theory, and political economy, with a regional focus on East Asia. My current research examines how emerging technologies are reshaping governance and state-society relations in both authoritarian and democratic contexts. Trained in both qualitative and quantitative methods, I take a fieldwork-driven, interdisciplinary approach to analyzing political narratives, institutional transformation, and the strategic use of discourse in development policy.
I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Political Science at McGill University. I am also a research fellow at Groupe de Recherche Interuniversitaire en Philosophie Politique (GRIPP) and Research Group on Constitutional Studies (RGCS). I hold a master’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Sun Yat-sen University.
